Landscape and agricultural scheme with application of greenhouse at suburb of Holland.
The roof is leveled with dikes, so that it functions as flood control reservoir by impounding overflowed water from the river. The exhaust towers called Solar Chimneys are lined along the dike and generate electric power via changes in barometric pressure inside the greenhouse. Furthermore, various climates in the greenhouse are achieved by volumes of fresh air taken in, based on different widths of the linear farm.
Farmers live in boat houses on top of the roof, and by the formation of the boat houses, they can be advertisement seen from airplanes.
